1. Meat Preparation
Minced chicken or beef is mixed with seasoning and additives for shaping.
2. Forming
Automatic forming machine molds the meat into nuggets or burger patties. Custom shapes and sizes supported.
3. Battering & Breading
Products are coated in batter and crumbs for crispy texture using separate coating machines.
4. Frying
A continuous fryer seals the surface and partially cooks the product with controlled oil temperature.
